Horrible I will never go to a batteries Plus that belongs to that guy Bill he's a rip off he's a millionaire but he's a ripoff he sells used batteries in fact I used to stop off at his store after I went to McDonald's on miracle Mile and charge my batteries and I only drove the wheelchair like 5 MI and it was dead and I was another set of batteries that he ripped me off about four times or five times

I was satisfied with everything except for the time
it's going to take to receive a coupons so I can get another battery. 2 to 3 weeks.
It would have been much better if they would have sent me the battery I needed.

I have heard nothing back on my initial response that I sent in. I had several batteries bad out of the box as I buy the biggest pack available and usually get 2 -4 of them. All the dates were 2029 and 2030. Several did not work at all and 1 was corroded on the negative end

I never got to speak too a Duracell customer service rep. I have an Apple wireless keyboard with leaked batteries stuck in the battery compartment. My goal was to submit a claim for repair or replacement of the Keyboard. After about an hour of dead end calls I gave up trying to speak to a Duracell representative. My next effort will be to examining a new package of Duracell batteries to see if there is any information
